5E in People Management (May 4-5, 2016)

May 4-5, 2016: This overall leadership training was one of the most popular training in our centre. Throughout the training, trainer used various real-life case studies as well as shared his experience in the corporate world to enhance participants learning. He also incorporated role play and video to test on leader's’ perspective on the current thinking of managing people.


In this training, participants understood better of how to manage staff effectively based on the different characters and coping style. Besides, the most interesting part of this training would be the discussion on DISC, core quality and challenges. The class was full with laughter and participants were very excited to share their challenge and problem in class.

The expert trainer, Mr Bryan Ng is an international speaker, specializing in coaching new and emerging managers. He has conducted training in Malaysia, China, USA, Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei. He is able to conduct training in both English, Mandarin and Cantonese concurrently. He worked hand in hand with CEOs in developing training modules and projects to develop and coach employees that have been ear marked as the next generation managers.
