April 6–7, 2015: Read, Analyze, Interpret & Write Report – Financial Statement was a training programme organized for the participants to interpret the financial statements, enabling the participant to make business decision competently, at the same time understanding the impact of the decision and bridge of communication gap with people from the finance department.
Participants found this programme to be very beneficial because it gave them a full review and understanding on their current financial status. Not just that, the trainer provided them with a full knowledge on understanding the financial information and their importance in managing the business entities. The participants were given training on the tips and tricks to understand the financial statement that allows them to make decision accordingly.

The participants were given an opportunity to unveil the myths in interpreting the financial statement through various types of activities, case studies and also through practical tasks. This whole training mainly highlighted on understanding the basic financial and cash flow statement. Throughout the training session, our trainer attended to the participants who needed her help and was given one-to one supervision to solve their problems. Not just that, the participants enjoyed their training session and had a good time especially during the brainstorming session. The participants were very keen on exchanging ideas during this session.

Ms. Joanne Kok, a qualified accountant was our trainer who conducted this training. She is a veteran trainer with diverse experience in various fields. Throughout her career, her polished skills in managerial, operational and financial methodical helped her in achieving her goals. She is known for of her practical and performance orientated delivery hence enhancing the effectiveness of the learning for participants.
